'The First Dragon' forms part of a
'Young Composers' education pack,
produced by Ty Cerdd the Music Centre
of Wales. It has been used with great
success in a project where,
after listening to the First Dragon, the children wrote their own versions of the story and then recorded their own
words and music. |
Here is Stella, the little girl who
befriends the First Dragon, beautifully imagined by Charlotte Griffin. |

The project will form a regular part of the education programme. Charlotte Griffin, Education Co ordinator at Ty Cerdd, has
beautifully illustrated the story for the pack. A performance is planned for
Spring 2009, which will be an collaboration between Ty Cerdd and the Welsh College of Music and Drama.
